All Home Inspections are performed to meet or exceed the Texas Real Estate Commission’s Standards of Practice. Our Inspectors are Professional Property Inspectors Licensed by T.R.E.C. We only offer services that we perform in-house and have experience. All utilities must be turned on and working or related systems and components will be excluded form Inspection services provided and the report our client receives.
