We occasionally seek motivated, professional inspectors who take pride in code compliance, occupant safety, and providing quality inspection services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least one current ICC Certification required
- Verifiable Residential Construction Experience and or Building Code Experience
- Strong working knowledge of residential building codes and construction practices
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Mobile phone and computer capable of completing digital reports and photo documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- ICC Residential Combination Inspector (RCI)
- Experience performing FHA Compliance (HUD 92051) inspections
- Municipal, third-party, or builder inspection experience
- Residential plan review experience
